Reports to: Operations and Change Director Location: Leicester (Hybrid) Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week Due to our continued expansion and as part of our Technology estate, we are looking to recruit a Business Analyst / SCRUM Master to join our team based in Leicester. As a member of the Technology team, you will be working with key stakeholders within the business to get the very best from our Technology stack. Department YUR – 2105 – Operational Support Employment Type Permanent – Full Time Location Leicester Workplace type Onsite Compensation £30,000 – £35,000 / year Reporting To Operations and Change Director What We Need from Yü Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing: A proven track record as a business analyst delivering projects and initiatives to time and cost, controlling scope and escalating as required. Ability to facilitate multi stream workshops to derive scope and requirements, enabling business prioritisation. Working with internal and external dev team to ensure sprints are completed effectively. Experience of delivering technology enabled customer journeys through the customer life cycle. Utility retail experience is desirable, but the desire to learn and be hands on with the business and teams is essential to ensure the right result. Ability to challenge norm to support best practice and create value. Ability to communicate changes to the business and their benefits. About Yü If you have what it takes, you could be just what we’re looking for… Essential Requirements Proven experience of working with Salesforce CRM (minimum 1-2 years). Experience in creating user stores, cost benefit analysis and Process Maps. Liaison with third party suppliers and internal teams to ensure delivery is on time in line with agreed deliverables. Experience of working in waterfall and agile environments. Excellent stakeholder management skills demonstrating capability of working with all levels of the organisation. Commercial awareness helping the business and project team ensure value driven delivery. Practical problem solver and ability to break issues down to component parts to understand problem statement and define solution options. Knowledge of testing cycle and support business through UAT. Undertake data analysis to identify ways to improve process and systems. Produce business case options with clear benefits case. Experience of defining and undertaking data migration and validations. Support business transition and embedding change into the organisation.
