Description:
To effectively relationship manage new & existing TPI’s, in conjunction with the office-based Account Managers, focusing on short, mid and long-term strategies, to deliver and exceed targets for individual relationships. To identify early those partnerships which are under performing against expectations, and to devise strategies to ensure continual return on investment, will be key to this role. To actively identify and develop new partnership channels, away from the TPI Market, to drive the necessary growth for Yu Energy in line with board expectations.
A creative and driven approach to business is required to develop an efficient relationship model that will successfully achieve the financial/site numbers required. You will need to be fast thinking, with a strategic view to identify new opportunities in the current TPI market. It is therefore key to this role that the majority of time is spent on face to face meetings with TPI’s.
What We Need from Yü:
- To develop and manage new & existing TPI partnerships in order to drive new business, existing growth of sites and future contract value, in conjunction with associated KPI’s, including margin growth, visits, cash flow and risk control objectives.
- Provide a “Best in Class” high-quality experience to the TPI channel, building new and existing, key and sustainable, stakeholder relationships to drive and deliver growth in new sales and maintain high retention rates against sales targets.
- Develop several TPI's to a strategic level where there is a mutually beneficial relationship with significant value.
- Ensure that communication between Yu Energy and TPI’s is carried out effectively, regularly and maintained to a high standard – Managing engagement of TPI’s with a high expectation of regular face to face meetings and maximising opportunity where possible.
- Proactively develop and improve propositions (both products and services) in conjunction with the TPI, to increase the number of potential customers to Yu Energy.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to develop the offering and overall relationship journey, identifying additional areas of added value business for both parties.
- Work closely with office based TPI Account Managers and other areas of the business to ensure that all requirements of the relationships (both live and at prospect stage) are maintained and maximised, dealing with any issues that occur.
- Manage your sales relationship plans and provide detailed weekly and Monthly MI, where required, including reporting on competitor/TPI activity on a regular basis.
- To ensure that all contractual paperwork in relation to new & existing TPI partnerships is completed in a timely manner and stored/maintained and managed within set authority levels.
- Negotiate new and existing TPI Agreements within delegated authority levels.
