As Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Portfolio Account Managers alongside direct management of a Portfolio Coordinator who supports the team’s day‑to‑day operations. This role combines strategic leadership with operational excellence—ensuring high performance across complex account portfolios while maintaining strong delivery standards, efficiency, and service quality. You will play a key role in driving commercial outcomes, supporting complex deals, and enabling your team to succeed through effective coaching, structure, and support.

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Portfolio Account Managers, driving high performance and accountability
- Set clear objectives aligned to revenue growth and portfolio performance
- Conduct regular performance reviews, providing structured feedback and development plans
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on ownership, proactivity, and commercial delivery
- Provide oversight on high-value deals, ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk appetite
- Drive portfolio performance ensuring customer lifetime value is central
- Ensure consistency and quality in account management practices across the team
- Oversee workload distribution and resource planning to maintain efficiency and SLA adherence
- Act as an escalation point for complex partner or commercial issues
- Drive operational improvements to enhance partner experience and internal efficiency
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing service teams
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to make strategic pricing and negotiation decisions
- Advanced stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at a senior level
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, particularly in complex commercial scenarios
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with delivery and execution
