- Negotiating with customers: You will work with commercial customers to resolve overdue debts while maintaining positive, professional relationships.
- Developing payment solutions: By understanding customers’ financial situations, you will help negotiate sustainable payment arrangements that suit their needs and circumstances.
- Managing the debt recovery process: Efficiently progressing debt cases through the treatment paths, accelerating higher-risk cases, and ensuring issues are resolved quickly to prevent further delays.
- Collaborating with teams: You will work closely with both internal and external teams to maintain a unified, efficient approach.
- Providing performance updates: Prepare accurate management information to report on your individual performance and success.
