We are looking for a Direct Sales Advisor to drive sustainable and operational change to create breakthrough benefits. The role will involve you working closely with all departments in the business and having regular meetings with exposure to senior management.
Responsibilities
- Grow the business through generating new sales.
- Build a strong portfolio of quality leads to achieve sales through proactive calling.
- Build strong relationships with potential customers by understanding the needs and concerns of their business.
- Quote and service utilities contracts for new customers.
- Identify opportunities to maximise sales.
- Develop problem solving skills to manage issues and queries within an appropriate timeframe.
- Provide highest levels of customer satisfaction to uphold the brand reputation.
- Use CRM system to record, manage and develop opportunities.
