Reports to: Debt Support Team Leader
Location: Leicester Office LE3 5BZ
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week

As a Debt Support Advisor, you will have a crucial role ensuring an excellent standard of service is provided and maintained to our Yü Energy customers. You will use your skills and experience to support the field debt collection partners and work closely with the debt team.

What We Need From Yü

Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:
  • General administrative duties.
  • Provide instant support to our field engineers to resolve customer account queries.
  • Support the collection and maintenance of customer data to enable efficient servicing of customers.
  • Build strong relationships with other teams across the business.
  • To develop and maintain a good understanding of the systems and processes available to ensure customer queries are recorded/ noted up accordingly.
