The position offers an opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking team working with a variety of equipment, assets and processes. You will have the opportunity to embrace curiosity and develop new skills outside of your normal day-to-day activities.
What you'll do
Every day is different. You will be working in all weather conditions, carrying out a range of tasks, to ensure the essential functions of our Bioresource treatment centre. Your day-to-day will include:
- monitoring and optimising process performance both in the field and using SCADA systems
- performing routine maintenance and carrying out general site activities as required to keep operations running smoothly
- looking for ways to improve day‑to‑day performance and efficiency, raising ideas with the team
- keeping the site tidy and well‑organised
- communicating daily with wider teams
- ensuring full compliance with company policies, processes, and procedures
- promoting and upholding the health, safety, and welfare of all colleagues, visitors, the public, and yourself at all times
You will work an 11-hour day shift pattern of four days on, four days off. Your working hours will include weekends, regularly performing standby duties and providing emergency cover, if required.

You'll also:
