In this role, you will design the YTL Group transformation strategy and coordinate and drive its delivery across the organisation.
What you'll do
- Develop an integrated, group-wide transformation strategy and ensure its effective delivery across all functional workstreams.
- Lead strategic planning and future-state design activities for the YTL transformation and identify, manage and mitigate cross-functional dependencies and risks.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to align priorities, maintain momentum and ensure cohesive execution of transformation initiatives.
