You will have the opportunity to embrace curiosity and develop new skills outside of your normal day-to-day activities.
What you'll do
Every day is different. You will be working in all weather conditions, carrying out a range of tasks, to ensure the essential functions of our Bioresource treatment centre. Your day-to-day will include:
- managing raw cake imports
- helping maximise processing by ensuring materials are moved efficiently and safely
- keeping the bunker area tidy, well-organised, and preventing it from overflowing into surrounding areas

You will work a 9-hour day shift pattern of Monday-Friday. Your working hours may sometimes include weekends and evening duties, and providing emergency cover if required.
What you'll need
You don't need a background in the water industry, and we welcome applications from candidates outside of the sector, bringing fresh perspectives and ideas. We are looking for people who demonstrate a positive outlook and behaviours, who can work under their own initiative, both unsupervised and within a team environment. We are looking for problem solvers and people who are keen to make a positive impact by looking for ways to help us work more efficiently and effectively. You will need to have a flexible approach, with the ability to react quickly and efficiently to changes on any given day or over the course of the job role. If this sounds like you, then we'd love to hear from you!
