You'll be at the centre of some of the most important submissions we make, helping us to turn complex data into clear, evidence-based stories for our regulators. You'll help coordinate the delivery of high‑profile reports like the Annual Performance Report and the Delivery Plan, bringing together teams from across the business to make sure everything is accurate, assured and delivered on time. You'll manage timelines, governance and sign‑off, work closely with external auditors and provide guidance on regulatory requirements, while keeping risks, issues and communications under control. You'll also support our strategic planning frameworks and handle regulatory queries, making this a varied role with real visibility across the business. What you'll do
- Coordinating the end‑to‑end delivery of the Annual Performance Report and other regulatory submissions.
- Engaging individuals and teams across the business to ensure data, tables and narratives are accurate, consistent and on time.
- Managing timelines, risks, issues and dependencies across complex reporting programmes.
- Coordinating assurance activity, including working with external auditors and managing the sign‑off process.
- Providing clear guidance on Ofwat requirements and regulatory assurance processes.
- Supporting strategic planning frameworks and business plan submissions.
- Managing regulatory queries, consultations and information requests.
- Improving reporting processes, tools and communication channels to make delivery more efficient.
What you'll need
- Strong planning, organisation and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work with people at all levels.
