This is a unique opportunity for a Physical Security Systems Manager to influence the design and operation of security systems within a major new entertainment destination.

At YTL Live, we're creating one of the UK's most exciting entertainment destinations.

As Physical Security Systems Manager, you'll help shape the security technology that protects our venues, events, people and assets.

You'll work across a major new arena, entertainment district and event spaces, helping to build a best-in-class security operation from the ground up.

What you'll do

You'll lead the management and continuous improvement of our physical security systems across the YTL Live estate.

Your role will include

  • managing the lifecycle of security systems, including CCTV, access control, fire alarms, communications systems and screening technology
  • working with suppliers and technology partners to maintain, upgrade and improve systems performance
  • supporting the selection, testing and implementation of new security technology solutions
  • providing technical advice and subject matter expertise to operational security teams and project stakeholders
  • developing reporting and data insights that improve security and operational decision-making
  • supporting training and knowledge sharing for security teams and system users
  • working closely with colleagues across security, technology, operations, construction and events to deliver integrated solutions
  • identifying opportunities for innovation, automation and continuous improvement.
  • What you'll need
  • Significant experience managing enterprise security systems.
  • Experience working with CCTV, access control and other integrated security technologies.
  • Experience managing security technology suppliers and service providers.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • An understanding of data protection and information security requirements.
  • Experience delivering system upgrades, maintenance programmes and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • The ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to a range of audiences.
  • Confidence working across multiple teams and business functions.
  • A Level 4 qualification in Integrated Security Systems or a related discipline.
  • Experience integrating multiple systems into a central security management platform.
  • Knowledge of networking, fibre infrastructure or systems integration.
  • Professional security, project management or information security qualifications
  • Experience working in venues, entertainment, transport, critical infrastructure or other high-footfall environments.
