Whatyou'll do
As an External Liaison Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting both our customers and our field‑based representatives in applying for help with their Water/Sewerage bills, managing account updates, arranging appointments, investigating property occupancy, and coordinating representative visits.
You'll also be responsible for all account administration prior to and following our representatives' visits.
We're looking for asupportive and customer‑focused Administrator to join our External Liaisonteam.

Working Hours: You'll be working full‑time (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 16:00.
