Transformation Delivery Lead in London

In this role, you will design the YTL Group transformation strategy and coordinate and drive its delivery across the organisation.

What you'll do

• Develop an integrated, group-wide transformation strategy and ensure its effective delivery across all functional workstreams.
• Lead strategic planning and future-state design activities for the YTL transformation and identify, manage and mitigate cross-functional dependencies and risks.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to align priorities, maintain momentum and ensure cohesive execution of transformation initiatives.

What you'll need

• Proven experience in strategy development and multi-workstream coordination.
• Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Solid understanding of change delivery methodologies and frameworks.
