Are you a detail-driven problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment? If so, we\’ve got a fantastic opportunity for you to join our friendly and forward-thinking People team as an HR Systems Adviser.
Our People team is at the heart of delivering innovative, professional HR services across the YTL Group. This secondment role offers a unique chance to step into a key position, supporting our HR systems and providing insightful data.
What you\’ll do
Working in the HR Service Centre, you will be based at our Bath office at Claverton Down.
You\’ll be the go-to expert for all things iTrent and HR systems. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- managing system admin for iTrent and our document management system
- producing insightful reports using Business Objects and Excel
- handling queries via our iRequestHR portal in line with our service level commitments
- supporting key processes like holiday buy/sell schemes and change initiatives
- keeping our user guides and intranet pages up to date
- reviewing and approving HR letters to ensure accuracy and consistency
- collaborating with the wider People team to maintain data integrity and system guidance
You\’ll also have the chance to contribute to exciting projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the HR Service Centre.
