YTL UK is seeking a Head of Organisation Design to partner with HR leadership and the Transformation Office.

You will translate ambitions into practical OD designs that improve clarity, accountability, and long-term sustainability while considering employee experience.

This senior role sets strategies and leads a Group-wide OD function across the diverse Group.
