Fleet Controllor

What you'll do

You'll take a practical, solutions-focused approach to your work, using good judgment to prioritise tasks, resolve issues and keep things moving forward.

You'll also handle day-to-day responsibilities and unexpected challenges whilst remaining calm, resourceful and focused on delivering results.

Other duties will include

• managing inbound enquiries for equipment hire via phone and email
• accurately processing hire orders and ensuring all details are captured correctly via our Syrinx system
• coordinating closely with customers to guarantee timely deliveries and collections
• providing clear, friendly and professional responses to customer queries
• maintaining up-to-date records and supporting the smooth running of daily operations.
• What you'll need

You'll bring excellent organisational and time management skills, supported by previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the hire or plant sector.

You'll also have

• exceptional customer service and communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships and deliver a positive experience at every interaction
• the ability to multitask effectively and stay composed under pressure, even when handling competing priorities or tight deadlinesa proactive, hands‑on approach, with the drive to take initiative, solve problems and ensure tasks are completed to a high standard.
