Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where each day brings new challenges? If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join our busy plant desk team as a Fleet Controller!

What you'll do

You'll take a practical, solutions-focused approach to your work, using good judgment to prioritise tasks, resolve issues and keep things moving forward.

You'll also handle day-to-day responsibilities and unexpected challenges whilst remaining calm, resourceful and focused on delivering results.

Other duties will include

  • managing inbound enquiries for equipment hire via phone and email
  • accurately processing hire orders and ensuring all details are captured correctly via our Syrinx system
  • coordinating closely with customers to guarantee timely deliveries and collections
  • providing clear, friendly and professional responses to customer queries
  • maintaining up-to-date records and supporting the smooth running of daily operations.
  • What you'll need

You'll bring excellent organisational and time management skills, supported by previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the hire or plant sector.

You'll also have
