Due to increased project volume and complexity across the region, we are recruiting a Site Supervisor to support the growing workload.
What you'll do
- You will oversee multiple civils projects across the Wessex Water region, from pre-construction planning through to construction and final handover. This includes procurement, programme delivery, documentation, and ensuring works are completed safely, to the required quality, on time, and within budget.
- You will also be responsible for developing competent teams, identifying skills gaps, and ensuring the right people, training, and standards are in place.
What you'll need
- This role is suited to someone driven, practical, and willing to take ownership. You should be keen to learn, lead, and set standards, sharing knowledge with others and delivering best practice.
- Full training will be provided, along with clear opportunities to develop and progress within a growing team.
- You’ll work with many modern construction methods and equipment, including: Horizontal Directional Drilling, Auger Boring, Pipe Bursting.
