YTL UK is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to drive commercial delivery on a major capital investment programme across the Wessex Water region, including Bristol, Bath and Taunton. You will manage pre- and post-contract activities up to £40m, lead a commercial team, and report monthly CVRs and commercial performance.
You will work closely with Project Managers, Planners, Designers, Engineers and Estimators, mentoring junior staff and ensuring value, quality and timely delivery across sites.
