Great organisations don't just hire people. They build futures, shape cultures and create teams that make a real difference.

We're looking for a Senior Resourcing Manager to lead the charge for YTL UK Group.

This is more than managing recruitment.

It's about helping us attract brilliant people, challenge traditional approaches, champion inclusive hiring and build a resourcing function that's fit for the future.

You'll be the driving force behind our attraction strategy, employer brand and recruitment excellence, while leading a talented team that's committed to delivering an outstanding experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

If you're someone who loves combining strategy with delivery, enjoys turning data into action and believes recruitment should be both people-centred and high-performing, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

You'll be at the heart of how we attract and hire talent across the organisation, leading both strategy and day-to-day delivery.

You will

  • shape and deliver our resourcing strategy, ensuring we're ready for the talent needs of today and tomorrow
  • work closely with senior leaders and HR colleagues to understand workforce challenges and turn them into practical hiring solutions
  • lead, develop and inspire a high-performing resourcing team, creating a culture of accountability, learning and continuous improvement
  • make sure recruitment processes are efficient, engaging, compliant and genuinely user-friendly
  • play a key role in wider HR and organisational transformation initiatives
  • champion best practice across attraction, assessment, selection and onboarding
  • elevate the candidate experience, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression
  • bring our employer brand to life, building attraction campaigns that help us connect with great talent
  • develop talent pipelines and external partnerships with universities, agencies, professional bodies and sector networks
  • use data and market insight to influence decisions, spot trends and improve performance
  • champion diversity, equity and inclusion by embedding fair and inclusive hiring practices
  • get the very best from our recruitment technology and systems
  • manage agency and supplier relationships, ensuring quality, value and strong partnerships
  • provide meaningful insight and reporting that helps leaders make informed workforce decisions.
  • What You'll Need

We're less interested in ticking every box and more interested in finding someone who can make a genuine impact.

That said, you'll likely bring

  • significant experience leading a recruitment, resourcing or talent acquisition function within a complex organisation
  • a track record of developing and delivering successful resourcing strategies
  • strong knowledge of workforce planning, talent pipelines and end-to-end recruitment
  • experience building, coaching and leading successful teams
  • the confidence to influence senior stakeholders and challenge constructively when needed
  • a natural curiosity for using data and insight to solve problems and improve outcomes
  • experience working with ATS platforms and recruitment technology
  • a passion for creating inclusive hiring experiences that attract diverse talent
  • excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

It would be great if you also have experience in the public sector, regulated industries or large operational environments.

CIPD, REC, or an equivalent recognised qualification would be preferred.

  • What you'll receive
  • A combined pension contribution of up to 20%.
  • Career progression and professional development opportunities.
  • 25 days' holiday rising to 28 with length of service.
  • A car allowance.
  • Performance-related bonus.
  • The opportunity to sell up to five days of holiday every year.
  • The opportunity to buy up to ten days of holiday each year (subject to conditions).
  • A healthcare package that allows you to claim back healthcare costs.
  • Life assurance of up to eight times your salary.
  • The opportunity to lease a new electric car through salary sacrifice (subject to conditions).
  • Cashback and discounts from more than 3,000 retailers.
  • One paid volunteering day each year.
  • Enhanced family leave and pay arrangements.
  • Access to an interactive health and wellbeing platform.

  • A £1,000 referral fee if you recommend someone who is successfully recruited by us.
