We're looking for a Reward Adviser to join YTL UK's Group Reward team.

You'll help support the activities that shape how colleagues are rewarded across a diverse range of businesses while building specialist skills in one of the most interesting areas of HR.

The role is designed to provide exposure to job evaluation, market benchmarking, annual pay and bonus processes, reporting, governance and group-wide projects.

This role offers an opportunity to build experience across multiple areas of Reward while working alongside experienced specialists.

You'll develop knowledge of job evaluation, market benchmarking, governance, pay review activity, organisational structures and improvement initiatives, creating a strong foundation for a future career in Reward.

What you'll do

Working with colleagues across HR, Finance, Payroll and the wider business, you'll help deliver key Reward activities by:

  • preparing reports and insights that support decision-making
  • contributing to salary benchmarking and external survey activity
  • coordinating job evaluation processes and maintaining governance records
  • supporting annual pay review and bonus programmes
  • assisting with projects that improve how Reward services are delivered
  • helping ensure information is accurate, complete and well managed.
  • What you'll need

You might currently work in HR, Payroll, Finance, Reporting, People, Analytics or another role where organisation, accuracy and problem-solving are important.

Previous Reward experience is welcome but not essential.
