Do you enjoy working outdoors and being part of a team? If so, we have a great opportunity for you to progress your career in a Regional Supervising position within our Lead Replacement department. This position is regional and would ideally suit someone who lives in Bath or the surrounding area.

What you'll do

  • Supervising the construction teams and operatives to carry out a variety of projects, assisting the Site Manager to ensure we meet required standards in accordance with safety, quality, time and cost policies.
  • Liaising with both internal departments and external customers to ensure all site activities meet requirements and stakeholder needs.
  • Ensuring that construction teams and operatives comply with health and safety best practices when performing their work.
  • Frequently using your laptop to provide updates and ensure compliance with our safe systems of work.

What you'll need

  • Well-organised, customer-focused and committed.
  • A good knowledge and understanding of water main replacement techniques.
  • Good leadership skills and proven experience in coordinating and leading teams.
  • Ability to communicate with customers and clients.
  • Excellent computer skills with a good understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent health and safety knowledge.
  • A full and valid driving licence.
