YTL UK is seeking an experienced HR Adviser to join our People team in Bath on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
You will provide guidance across the full employee lifecycle with a heavy emphasis on employee relations case management in a fast-paced environment.
You will support managers with caseloads, probation reviews, disciplinaries and sickness management, while liaising with Occupational Health and HRBP when needed.
Regular travel to Somerset and Dorset sites is required.
