In this short-term role, you will provide administrative support to the health and safety team. Your base office is preferably Bristol or Bath, but can be flexible depending on your location, with the option to work from home. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract.

What you'll do

  • Analyse incidents and manage the triage stage of the incident.
  • Obtain key information to ensure a smooth and effective incident triage.
  • Support safety partners in pursuing further incident information.
  • Create presentations via Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Support the health and safety manager.

What you'll need

We are looking for a positive attitude, an enthusiasm for learning new skills, and an eye for detail. You'll need to adopt a methodical approach and prioritise your workload to ensure you deliver excellent service to all stakeholders.

Essential requirements for the role include:

  • Experience in Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Strong and effective communication skills.
  • High organisational skills.
  • The ability to analyse basic data and present it in an easily readable format.
  • Effective decision making.

Desirable requirements for the role:

  • IOSH Managing Safely and/or NEBOSH General Certificate.
  • Experience in digital safety incident management systems.

Training on required systems and processes will be provided.
