You’ll design and deliver initiatives that strengthen inclusion, wellbeing, and engagement across the full employee lifecycle. What you’ll do

  • You’ll work across the organisation to translate strategy into tangible outcomes that improve employee experience and organisational performance.
  • Lead the delivery of key initiatives that strengthen inclusion, belonging, and colleague wellbeing across the business.
  • Turn insight into priorities by analysing people data, identifying trends, and shaping interventions that improve engagement and performance.
  • Ensure our policies and practices are inclusive, up to date, and aligned with best practice and legal requirements.
  • Support leaders and teams with the tools, guidance, and confidence to create inclusive, high‑performing environments.
  • Facilitate listening approaches that ensure colleague perspectives are heard and acted on.
  • Work with Employee Resource Groups and networks to build connection, increase participation, and strengthen our “Everyone Belongs” culture.
  • Collaborate with HR, Internal Comms, H&S and business leaders to embed consistent, high‑quality employee experiences.

What you’ll need

  • Ideally, lived experience of navigating and overcoming barriers related to equity, diversity and inclusion.
  • Experience in employee experience, DEI, wellbeing, or a strong HR generalist background.
  • Strong analytical capability, using data to inform decisions and shape priorities.
  • Ability to influence and work across a complex organisation.
  • Confidence to challenge constructively and drive change.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to land messages clearly and inclusively.
