In this apprenticeship, you will support the design, development, implementation and evaluation of engaging digital learning solutions that meet organisational learning needs while developing professional knowledge and skills.
What you'll do
On completion of the apprenticeship, you will be able to
- support the design and development of digital learning solutions to meet identified business and learner needs
- assistin gathering and analysing learning requirements from stakeholders to inform learning design decisions
- create andmaintaine Learning content using approved authoring tools, templatesand brand standards
- develop learning assets including text, graphics, videos, assessmentsand interactive content to support learning outcomes
- upload, configure andmaintainlearning content and resources within the Learning Management System
- apply instructional design principles to support the creation of effective learner journeys and blended learning programmes
- ensure all learning materialscomply withaccessibility, quality assurance, dataprotectionand organisational standards
- conduct testing and quality checks on digital learning products before release
- collect and analyse learner feedback, completiondataand learning analytics to support continuous improvement activities
- work with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to review and update existing learning content
- maintainaccuraterecords, documentation, versioncontroland project information associated with digital learning activities
- participate actively in apprenticeship learning activities and apply new knowledge and skills within the workplace.
