Job Description
Able to start from November 2026 onwards, for a minimum of 6 months.
- Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including but not limited to sourcing, screening, shortlisting, arranging interviews, and liaising with candidates.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as preparing related HR documentation.
- Support HR operations and administrative activities, including document preparation and report generation.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, HR transformation projects, and other ad hoc assignments as required.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Human Resource Consulting/ Management / Development, Psychology, Business, or a related discipline, with a strong interest in Human Resource Management & Development.
- Able to commit to a full-time on-site internship for a minimum of 3 months.
- Independent, energetic, and resourceful team player.
- Strong organisational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Able to engage stakeholders confidently and professionally.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
