You will be supporting the Infra Operation & Cyber Security team during your internship.
Responsibilities:
- Attend to all IT Helpdesk calls and service requests, ensuring all problems/issues/requests are logged, tracked and closed.
- Assist in on-boarding and off-boarding requests.
- Assist with preparing weekly operational reports.
- Provide technical support and assist end users to troubleshoot issues related to laptops/desktops, printers, smartphones, applications and cyber incidents.
- Administration and management of Windows 11, such as monthly patch updates, OS version upgrades and cloning.
- Perform laptops/desktops hardware troubleshooting and diagnosis.
- Manage laptops/desktops, IT peripherals and software inventory.
- Assist in maintaining incident response plans and procedures.
- Assist in the development of training materials on various cybersecurity topics.
- Automate Infra related tasks using Ansible, PowerShell or Power Automate.
- Update documentation and process maps.
- Assist with road shows.
- Explore initiatives to enhance operational excellence, such as AI chatbots via Copilot Studio or open-source cybersecurity solutions like SIEM, SOAR, OSINT, and security monitoring.
Qualifications:
- Students with Information Technology background or equivalent (e.g., Infrastructure/Cloud, Cybersecurity, Digital Forensics, Networking).
- Proactive and independent team player with strong technical, documentation and organisational skills.
