You will be supporting the Infra Operation & Cyber Security team during your internship.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to all IT Helpdesk calls and service requests, ensuring all problems/issues/requests are logged, tracked and closed.
  • Assist in on-boarding and off-boarding requests.
  • Assist with preparing weekly operational reports.
  • Provide technical support and assist end users to troubleshoot issues related to laptops/desktops, printers, smartphones, applications and cyber incidents.
  • Administration and management of Windows 11, such as monthly patch updates, OS version upgrades and cloning.
  • Perform laptops/desktops hardware troubleshooting and diagnosis.
  • Manage laptops/desktops, IT peripherals and software inventory.
  • Assist in maintaining incident response plans and procedures.
  • Assist in the development of training materials on various cybersecurity topics.
  • Automate Infra related tasks using Ansible, PowerShell or Power Automate.
  • Update documentation and process maps.
  • Assist with road shows.
  • Explore initiatives to enhance operational excellence, such as AI chatbots via Copilot Studio or open-source cybersecurity solutions like SIEM, SOAR, OSINT, and security monitoring.

Qualifications:

  • Students with Information Technology background or equivalent (e.g., Infrastructure/Cloud, Cybersecurity, Digital Forensics, Networking).
  • Proactive and independent team player with strong technical, documentation and organisational skills.
