As an established player in Singapore's energy sector, it supplies the country's energy needs through its multi-utilities platform.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and training processes within a supportive and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and assist in various HR functions, contributing to the efficiency and success of our HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development (70%): Support the Training Needs Analysis cycle, including the procurement of training providers. Manage training registration and assist in the coordination of training programs.
  • Recruitment (15%): Liaise with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to secure top talent. Facilitate the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending job offers via our Applicant Tracking System. Participate in career fairs and recruitment events to represent the company.
  • HR Operations (15%): Oversee end-to-end onboarding, offboarding, and relevant HR documentation. Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives, HR transformation projects, and other ad-hoc tasks. Handle employee inquiries and provide timely assistance.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Consulting, Management, Development, Psychology, Business, or a related field, with a keen interest in Human Capital Management & Development.
  • An independent, dynamic, and resourceful team player with strong skills in planning, organization, detail orientation, problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, communication, and interpersonal relations.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Prior experience or internships in HR is a plus, but not required.
