We are looking for Customer Service Advisers to deliver a first‑class experience in our contact centre. This fast‑paced, full‑time role (37 or 40 hours per week) involves answering an average of 50‑60 inbound calls a day regarding customers’ water bills. You will work office‑based, interacting daily with colleagues and line managers in an inclusive and engaging environment.

What You'll Do

You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, managing inquiries such as moving house, consumption questions, bill explanations, tariff checks, payment arrangements, and issue resolution. Your work will enable customers to feel valued and help them navigate their water services smoothly.

Candidate Profile

We want someone who enjoys talking to people and naturally builds rapport with customers and colleagues. You should have confident, energetic, and professional communication skills; be friendly, positive, and have a ‘can‑do’ attitude. You must demonstrate resilience, reliability, and the ability to meet defined department targets. Ambition and a desire to progress within the business are also valued.
