What you'll do
- You will be a key member of the marketing team, responsible for all written communications across all marketing channels, from press releases and media relations to website blogs, email campaigns, sales brochures and customer communications.
- Your role and responsibilities will include:
- Management of the production and planning of all written copy, including:
- Offline marketing content and collateral, such as brochures, flyers, press adverts, press releases, home user guides, branded merchandise and signage.

- Project management of relevant individual workstreams for collateral design and production, including partner/supplier identification and selection, briefing agencies, suppliers and partners, creative direction, error-checking, proofreading, and quality management.
- Following internal approval processes and meeting deadlines to achieve best value on project procurement as well as delivery on time and budget.
- Providing research and insight into all current and potential customer groups, including customer demographics and the customer journey to help shape the marketing communications strategy.
- Working with the Marketing Manager on the delivery of all offline marketing materials, shaping the customer journey and balancing the visual and verbal expression of our brands.
- Working with the Digital Marketing Manager on the operation of all digital marketing content systems and software, specifically including keyword research and search engine optimisation (SEO).
- Management of and compliance with brand guidelines for both the company and the various place and project brands, specifically in relation to communications and tone of voice.

- You will have high-level experience in copywriting and content creation for a variety of audiences. In particular, you will have a clear track record of writing compelling and persuasive content for consumers and homebuyers – from attention-grabbing emails to compelling social media posts and click-worthy news stories – while also being able to engage business audience groups.
- You will have some familiarity with the core principles and tools of digital marketing, particularly in relation to SEO, keyword research and social media. Some knowledge of effective ad copy for PPC/digital advertising would be an advantage.

- Arguably, the most important qualities that you will bring to this role will be personal. We're looking for strong team players with excellent time management skills. Someone who can multi-task and influence both up and down the management chain, with contacts within and outside of the organisation.
- Someone who will invest time in coaching and mentoring junior staff, but can be relied upon to get the job done themselves if there's a hard deadline to meet.
