We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on the development of a major programme of capital investment. YTL Construction (Infrastructure) is responsible for designing and building the assets that enable Wessex Water to deliver services. These include water recycling and treatment centres, pumping stations, reservoirs, and all supporting infrastructure.
What you'll do:
- Reporting directly to the Managing Quantity Surveyor, you'll be involved in major capital projects, managing pre- and post-contract requirements, up to the value of £40m.
- As a key member of the Commercial Team, you will manage the contract.
