YT Tech is recruiting for a well-known security technology firm in Malvern. We are looking for an Electronics Engineer with 2+ years of commercial experience to join a multidisciplinary R&D team building life-saving detection products. This would be a great second job for engineers looking to continue their career.
This is a hands-on role where you will take designs from initial schematic capture right through to production.
The Role- Design: Full PCB layout and schematic capture using Altium Designer.
- Analogue: Design and simulation of amplifiers, filters, and signal conditioning.
- Lab Work: Hands-on hardware bring-up, debugging, and circuit testing.
- Collaboration: Liaising with in-house manufacturing and senior software/physics teams.
- A strong degree (1st/2:1) in Electronics Engineering from a top-tier university.
- Approx. 2 years of post-grad commercial experience (not looking for fresh grads or PhDs).
- Proven experience with Altium and analogue circuit design.
- Knowledge of physical layer protocols (CAN, I2C, SPI).
- Impact: Work on purposeful technology used in healthcare and high-security sectors.
