Production Planner

Overview

YT Technologies are on the lookout for a production planner & scheduler for a manufacturing client. This position is looking for someone to play a key role in ensuring efficient production planning and scheduling. You\\\’ll collaborate with Sales, Production, and Supply Chain teams to align forecasts, optimise material availability, and maintain on-time delivery performance.

Responsibilities

• Create, update and maintain production plans in SAP Business One (MRP/MPS)
• Coordinate with Sales, Production and Buyers to meet customer and business requirements
• Manage forecasts, works orders and BOM accuracy within the ERP system
• Ensure materials and components are available to meet production demand
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and new product introductions
• Generate reports on stock, inventory and planning performance

Key Criteria

• Experience in production planning within an electro-mechanical or manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (SAP Business One preferred)
• Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills
• Proactive, flexible, and able to work independently within a small, dedicated team
• Qualifications in Supply Chain Management are advantageous
