YT Technologies is proud to be a partner for Domin. We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the team at their Bristol HQ. This role will operate with significant autonomy, setting direction, shaping governance, and working alongside functional leadership to translate ambitious commitments into delivered reality. The projects you will own are often customer-facing, cross-functional, and span the full NPI lifecycle—from concept and prototype through qualification/verification and into production. This role is for someone who enjoys being at the centre of the action, bringing clarity to complex work, keeping momentum high, and ensuring that our technology makes it into new sectors for the company.
Essential Requirements:
- 6+ Years delivering complex hardware or NPI programmes in an engineering or advanced manufacturing environment.
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and navigating complex dependencies across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality.
- Clear, confident communicator who can engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, as well as manage the interface directly with an external customer.
- A self-starter who can land in a technical environment, get oriented quickly, and add value autonomously without close direction. Someone who can take full ownership, make calls, and keep teams moving.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, exercising judgement under pressure, and re-planning when priorities shift.
Beneficial Requirements:
- Experience taking products through the full NPI lifecycle: prototype, design verification, qualification, and into volume production.
- Experience working in regulated industries such as Aerospace/Automotive or Defence.
- Background in engineering, manufacturing, or a STEM-related discipline, enabling you to understand exactly what you are coordinating.
- Experience working in a scale-up or high-growth business.
- Project management certification (PRINCE2, APM, PMP) or equivalent experience.
Benefits:
- Private medical insurance.
- 5% employer pension contribution, independent of personal contribution.
- Annual bonus scheme of up to 5 weeks’ salary, awarded for exceptional contribution.
- Annual leave aligned to working pattern, typically 22 days for employees working a 9-day compressed fortnight or 27 days for employees working a full 10-day fortnight.
- Paid sick leave.
- Enhanced maternity leave after two years’ service, including 3 months full pay.
- Enhanced paternity leave after two years’ service, including 2 weeks full pay.
- Paid sabbatical opportunities after 7 and 14 years’ service.
- Option to work away from the office for up to 7 calendar days once per holiday year after 3 years’ service.
- Visa sponsorship support where applicable, including a contribution towards visa application and healthcare surcharge costs.
- Cycle to work scheme.
- Flexible working policies.
