Contract Electronics/PCB designer to support my clients hardware programmes.
Scope of work:
- Schematic capture and PCB layout
- Ownership of the wider CAD environment - part libraries, symbol/footprint database, schematic hygiene - not just layout in isolation
Essential:
- Comfortable working in KiCad (primary tool of choice)
- Experience with high-density digital PCBs
- Strong grasp of differential pair routing and clearance requirements
Desirable:
- Holds Security Clearance (SC) (Not necessary for immediate need, but a bonus)
- RF PCB experience
- High-speed digital design where RF experience isn't present
- Willingness to act as a guide on Altium
