The Role
- Technical leadership of project teams, peer reviewing and mentoring other engineers.
- System layout, CAD design, and technical drawing for additive and subtractive manufacturing.
- Drive product and process improvements through deep technical analysis including FEA and CFD.
- Manage the validation and industrialisation of designs at our local Technology Centre.
About You
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5+ years' experience in a technical mechanical design role.
- Proven ability to solve structural, thermal, and fluid flow challenges.
- Experience in hydraulics, automotive, or aerospace industries.
- High levels of grit, ownership, and a first–principles approach to engineering.
