YT Technologies is proud to be a partner for Domin. We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join the team at their Bristol HQ. This role is about bringing structure to a fast-paced environment at the intersection of additive manufacturing and advanced hydraulics.
The Role:
- Translating business and product strategy into executable projects, taking responsibility for effective scoping, planning, and successful project launch.
- Leading the delivery of complex engineering, manufacturing and product development projects from concept through to completion.
- Building and maintaining clear, practical project plans that keep teams aligned and moving forward.
- Coordinating multidisciplinary teams across engineering, manufacturing, and operations.
- Actively identifying and managing risks, issues, and dependencies before they become problems.
- Keeping stakeholders informed with clear, honest updates on progress, priorities, and challenges.
- Supporting timely decision-making by presenting options, impacts, and recommendations.
Essential Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver complex projects with multiple workstreams.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing dependencies.
- Ability to identify and manage project risks, issues, and changing priorities.
- Clear and structured communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability for project outcomes.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and bringing structure to them.
Beneficial Requirements:
- 3–6 years of proven experience delivering projects in an engineering, manufacturing, or technology-led environment.
- Background in engineering, manufacturing, or a STEM-related discipline.
- Experience in product development or advanced manufacturing environments.
- Experience working in a scale-up or high-growth business.
- Project management certification (PRINCE2, APM, PMP) or equivalent experience.
