What You'll Do

Market Focus: Build a deep network in specialist tech markets (such as embedded software & electronics) across your own dedicated region/niche.

Client Engagement: Partner with technology businesses to understand their technical requirements and advise hiring managers on efficient recruitment processes.

Candidate Sourcing: Headhunt, engage, and match specialist candidates to high-value roles.

End-to-End Management: Manage the full interview process from initial outreach to placement, offer negotiation, and post-placement follow-up.

Process & Consistency: Follow a proven, repeatable sales methodology while taking ownership of your market.
What We're Looking For
We don't expect you to arrive knowing recruitment ( although that is a bonus!) - we will teach you the trade. We are looking for:

Sales or Customer-Facing Experience: Backgrounds in direct sales, event marketing, phone-based sales, or recruitment-adjacent roles are ideal.
