Product Owner Bath (Hybrid / Flexible Working)

Were hiring an experienced Product Owner on behalf of a leading healthcare software company in Bath. Youll help shape a major digital product used by hundreds of mental health services across the UK and internationally.

This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative, coaching-led environment where youll work closely with developers, designers, data specialists and Scrum Masters to deliver meaningful, user-focused solutions.

What Youll Do

• Own and prioritise the product backlog

• Define product direction and shape the roadmap

• Work with technical teams to remove blockers and clarify requirements

• Communicate with stakeholders to align on goals

• Understand customer pain points and translate them into clear deliverables

• Support data-focused initiatives (experience with data teams is a bonus)

What You Bring

• Proven Product Owner experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

• Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly

• Experience working in an agile environment

• CSPO (or equivalent), or willingness to complete it in role
