Ownership of the wider CAD environment - part libraries, symbol/footprint database, schematic hygiene - not just layout in isolation.

Experience with high-density digital PCBs.

Holds Security Clearance (SC) (Not necessary for immediate need, but a bonus).

High-speed digital design where RF experience isn't present.
