The Opportunity
This is a high-impact, externally facing role with real influence. You’ll lead relationships with our strategic distribution partners, shape joint growth plans, and ensure Xylem is seen as a trusted, value-adding partner across the channel. Success in this role comes from insight, credibility, and execution — not just managing accounts, but actively growing them.
What You’ll Be Accountable For
- Owning and developing long-term relationships with key UK distribution partners
- Creating and delivering channel strategies aligned to Xylem’s commercial and growth objectives
- Identifying new opportunities for product expansion, market penetration, and joint value creation
- Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Service teams to deliver a seamless partner experience
- Analysing market and channel performance data to inform decisions and adapt strategy
- Representing the channel voice internally, influencing priorities and decisions at senior levels
