Xylem is looking for an Electrical Department Lead Engineer in the United Kingdom.

You will supervise a team of 4–6 electrical engineers and designers, translate contract requirements into robust electrical designs, and drive the delivery of equipment specifications for transformers, rectifiers, MCCs, and control panels.

You will review data sheets, conduct supplier evaluations, and contribute to proposals, ensuring alignment with ISO 9001 quality practices and applicable industry standards.
