Mae Ysgol Plasmawr yn awyddus i benodi swyddog cymorth gweinyddol brwdfrydig ac egnïol i ymuno â'r tîm gweinyddol. Mae hon yn swydd parhaol 37 awr yr wythnos (8:00-16:00) yn ystod tymor yr ysgol un unig, o ddydd Llun i ddydd Gwener. Lleolir Ysgol Plasmawr yn y Tyllgoed yng ngogledd orllewin Caerdydd. Mae gan yr ysgol dros 1100 o ddisgyblion a 120 o staff.

Rydym yn chwilio am berson trefnus, brwdfrydig gyda sgiliau gweinyddol, i weithio mewn swyddfa ysgol brysur lle bydd angen ymateb yn sydyn ac effeithiol i ddigwyddiadau a cheisiadau. Bydd yr ymgeisydd llwyddiannus yn ymuno gyda tîm gweinyddol profiadol sydd yn cynnig cymorth gweinyddol i’r ysgol gyfan. Disgwylir hyblygrwydd o ran dyletswyddau, bydd angen i’r person llwyddiannus gallu gweithio fel rhan o dîm ac yn annibynnol.

Noder bydd angen i’r ymgeisydd llwyddiannus fod yn gallu cyfrannau at swyddfa a fydd yn gweithredu gan amlaf trwy gyfrwng y Gymraeg. Bydd cais yn cael ei wneud i ddatgelu cofnod troseddol yr ymgeisydd y cynigir y swydd hon iddo/iddi.
