The Governing Body of Ynyswen wishes to appoint an enthusiastic, sensitive and conscientious teaching assistant. The successful candidate is expected to work as a CPA leader under the guidance of leaders and use their initiative to implement agreed work programmes with individuals/groups in the classroom and outdoor area.

The candidate is expected to establish a positive relationship with pupils, being a good role model and setting high expectations through the medium of Welsh. The candidate will work with the teacher and support staff to establish an appropriate learning environment in accordance with lesson plans and assist in displaying pupils' work.
