The Governing Body of Evan James primary wish to appoint a trustworthy, reliable & enthusiastic person to join the staff at the above school. Candidates should be well motivated, show initiative and have a flexible attitude towards the duties of the post & work that needs to be carried out at the school. Knowledge of the Welsh language would be desirable.
The successful candidate will be required to:
- Take a lead role in planning, development, design, organisation and monitoring of support systems/procedures
- Line Management responsibilities where appropriate
- Liaise between managers/teaching staff and support staff
- Hold regular team meetings with managed staff
- Undertake induction/appraisal/training/mentoring for other staff as appropriate
- Take lead role in the development and maintenance of record/information systems including Vison, SIMS, Plasc
