Addysgir Addysg Gorfforol fel rhan o’n cwricwlwm Iechyd a Lles, ble mae dysgwyr yn dysgu am yr ochr ffitrwydd a iechyd a lles corfforol yn ogystal â datblygu dealltwriaeth am iechyd meddwl a lles emosiynol.
