The governors of this happy and successful school, in partnership with the Local Education Authority, wish to appoint an ambitious and passionate teacher to teach one of the classes in the Hafan, which is a special resource centre for pupils with complex and severe needs. This highly successful class has been established since 2019 and we are looking to appoint a teacher to work alongside the current class teacher to educate the pupils in response to the recent exciting developments in the class. Up to 20 pupils will attend the Hafan, across 2 classes, with support from 2 teachers and up to 7 dedicated and experienced teaching assistants. The class is an integral part of Ysgol Gymraeg Pwll Coch.
Located in the Lecwydd area, Ysgol Pwll Coch is a friendly and supportive community that strongly believes in promoting well-being and positive relationships among all stakeholders in the school. We strongly believe in the importance of providing rich learning experiences for the pupils to develop their knowledge and skills within and beyond the classroom.
We wish to appoint a special teacher who:

- has a sound understanding of effective ALN provision including thorough knowledge of the ALN Act.
