Mae Llywodraethwyr yr ysgol yn awyddus i benodi athro / athrawes egnïol ar gyfer yr Uned Adnoddau Dysgu Cymraeg (LRB Unit) a agorodd ei drysau am y tro cyntaf ym Medi 2025. Mae'r ysgol wedi symud safle yn Ebrill 2025 ac wedi symud i ganol dinas Casnewydd sef, ardal Pilgwenlli. Mae’r ysgol gyfan wedi ymrwymo i sefydlu cymuned ddysgu feithringar a pharchus sydd ag ethos cryf a chwbl gynhwysol. Mae’r ysgol wedi ymrwymo'n gryf i'r iaith Gymraeg a diwylliant Cymru a'i nod yw darparu amgylchedd dysgu cyfrwng Cymraeg ysbrydoledig a chreu cymuned ddiogel a hapus o fewn yr ysgol.

Gwahoddir ceisiadau am Athro Dosbarth brwdfrydig ac ymroddgar ar gyfer yr Uned, sydd wedi ymrwymo i gyfrannu at les, dysgu ac i godi safonau’r plant. Bydd y swydd yn cychwyn ym Medi 2026 ac mae lwfans ADY ynghlwm wrth y swydd. Bydd yr ymgeisydd llwyddiannus yn cael ei benodi i addysgu yn yr ‘Uned Adnoddau Dysgu’ (LRB Unit) a fydd yn darparu profiadau ac addysg ar gyfer disgyblion ag ystod o anghenion ychwanegol.

Rydym am benodi athro sydd:

  • Yn meddu ar brofiad diweddar llwyddiannus o addysgu plant ag ystod o wahanol anghenion dysgu ychwanegol
  • Meddu ar sgiliau rheoli ymddygiad rhagorol
  • Yn gallu cynllunio a pharatoi cwricwlwm pwrpasol sy'n canolbwyntio ar yr unigolyn o fewn amgylchedd pwrpasol a meithringar
  • Yn gallu cyfathrebu'n dda gyda chymuned yr ysgol gyfan ac asiantaethau allanol ac yn fedrus wrth reoli oedolion eraill o fewn y dosbarth
  • Meddu ar y gallu i ddefnyddio ystod o ddulliau wrth addysgu plant ag anghenion ychwanegol ee. TEACCH, PECS, Byrddau Cyfathrebu, Cylchedau Synhwyraidd, Awtistiaeth Sylw, Rhyngweithio Dwys
  • Profiad o weithio ar y cyd ag amrywiaeth o asiantaethau aml-asiantaeth e.e., Lleferydd ac Iaith, OT, VI, HI, a Thimau Niwroddatblygiadol
