Byddwch yn cefnogi dysgu ar draws yr ystod oedran cynradd, gan weithio ochr yn ochr ag athrawon ac aelodau eraill o’r tîm. Byddwch yn helpu plant gyda’u dysgu, eu hyder, eu lles a’u datblygiad personol, gan wneud hynny drwy gyfrwng y Gymraeg. Mewn ysgol fach, mae rôl cymhorthydd addysgu yn ganolog. Byddwch yn dod i adnabod y plant yn dda, yn deall eu hanghenion, ac yn gweld y gwahaniaeth rydych yn ei wneud o ddydd i ddydd.
