Mae Ysgol Gymraeg Ifor Hael am apwyntio Cynorthwyydd Dysgu profiadol (Lefel 3) ar gyfer swydd rhan amser (3 diwrnod) dros dro, am flwyddyn i ddechrau Medi 2026. Rydym yn chwilio am unigolyn brwdfrydig, dibynnol a hyblyg â’r cymwysterau i fod yn aelod allweddol o'n tîm.

Bydd y rôl yn cynnwys gweithio o dan gyfarwyddyd y staff addysgu ac aelodau'r Uwch Dîm Rheoli er mwyn cynorthwyo athrawon a chefnogi disgyblion drwy’r ysgol. Bydd y dyletswyddau'n cynnwys cefnogi unigolion a grwpiau o ddisgyblion, ynghyd â phlant ADY gan ddefnyddio sgiliau, hyfforddiant a phrofiad arbenigol. Bydd hyn yn cynnwys cynllunio, cyflwyno a gwerthuso profiadau dysgu ar gyfer grwpiau o ddysgwyr ifanc.

Yn achlysurol, byddwch yn goruchwylio dosbarthiadau cyfan yn ystod absenoldeb tymor byr yr athro, a phrif ffocws cyflenwi o'r fath fydd ymateb i gwestiynau, cynorthwyo disgyblion i ymgymryd â gweithgareddau a osodir, aros ar y dasg a chynnal trefn.

Bydd gennych brofiad mewn ysgol a dealltwriaeth o sut mae plant ifanc yn dysgu. Bydd gennych sgiliau llythrennedd a rhifedd rhagorol i gefnogi’n dysgwyr ac ymwybyddiaeth o raglenni ymyrraeth megis Dyfal Donc, ELSA, ComIT, Elklan, neu rywbeth tebyg. Disgwylir i’r ymgeisydd llwyddiannus feddu ar sgiliau llafar ac ysgrifenedig yn y Gymraeg a’r Saesneg o’r safon uchaf.

Bydd gennych gymhwyster mewn gofal plant, lefel 3 neu gymhwyster cyfwerth a phrofiad o weithio gyda phlant. Gwerthfawrogir manylion am ddatblygiad proffesiynol ac unrhyw fanylion o weithio gyda phlant ag anghenion ychwanegol.

Cynigir y swydd ar sail 19.5 awr yr wythnos, yn gweithio yn ystod y tymor ysgol yn unig. Rhaid cymryd gwyliau blynyddol yn ystod cyfnodau gwyliau ysgol. Mae angen cofrestru ar gyfer y CGA ar gyfer y swydd hon.
